Requirements:

- Must be experienced, reliable, flexible, honest, patient, compassionate and hard working.

 - Must have a minimum of 1 year experience.

- Must have a strong command of the English language.

- CNA’s must hold a current license with up to date CEU’s.

- HHA’s must hold a minimum 40 hour HHA Certificate which shows the curriculum stipulated by State of Florida Administrative Code, 59A-8.014

- CNA’s and HHA’s must have a current picture ID / driver’s license.

- CNA’s and HHA’s must produce Social Security card and also work permit (if applicable)

- CNA’s and HHA’s must have current CPR.

- CNA’s and HHA’s must have a statement from your physician stating you are free of  communicable diseases that is less than 6 months old

- CNA’S and HHA’s will be required to undergo an electronic Level 2 background screening as required by Florida Statute (F.S.), Chapter 435. The results will determine your eligibility to be hired or not. Depending on which LiveScan vendor you use, the cost will be approximately $55 – $58.

   Proof of satisfactory compliance with level 2 screening standards from AHCA is acceptable if the screening is less than five years old, the final screening determination is provided, and you have not been unemployed for more than 90 days. You will be required to sign the Affidavit of   Compliance with Background Screening [Reference 408.809(2) to confirm this.

Once you have submitted both the Employment Application and CQA we will review them. If you have been successful we will ask you to attend an interview. At interview stage you MUST provide the required original documents. If you do not bring these documents we are unable to interview you.
